General and Contact info can be filled in automatically from employee profile in Bitrix24 or added manually.
Personal info may be filled in with Second and Maiden Name, important dates, documents numbers and other additional information.

There are two types of data may be added:
concerning employment and employee development.
Add Employment status (hired, fired, retired and so on), type (Work Agreement, Agency Agreement...), Salary, Bonuses.
When you point Hire, Medical and Health Training date,
the app automatically add the end day in a year.
Track goals, competences, courses and other achievements of employee.
INTERNAL INFORMATION RELATED TO WORK
VACATION
See the full vacation picture both for one employee and for the whole company. In the Сalendar in the context of month, week or day, you can send requests for vacations, mark vacations or absence from work, indicating the reason.
The diagram visually displays the total number of vacation days, the number of used and absence days.

HISTORY
In the application, you can track who, when and how changed the data.
In addition, you can also archive data at a certain stage (for example, save the current information before adding changes).
Only employees with HR and CEO rights have access to this tab.
RECORDING THE PERSONAL DATA CHANGES HISTORY
SETTINGS
By default, three types of rights can be assigned in the application:
HR, Office and CEO.
An employee (office) can only view data about himself and his colleagues (on the “system” and “private” tabs), as well as view and request a vacation in the “Vacation” tab. HR and CEO have access to the “History” and “Reports” tabs.
Only the Portal Administrator can appoint HR, Office and CEO in the “Settings” tab.
