AUTOMATION WITH A CALENDAR

Each manager can issue dates that are available for reservation in a few clicks. After that the client completes the form and the reservation will automatically appear in the manager's calendar.

Simple form of reservation

You don't have to additionally coordinate the time of the meeting. You create a CRM-form, which help your clients to make a reservation easily and simply.

automatic notifications

After creating new meetings, the system automatically will send notifications to the employee and create a reservation on his calendar.

AUTOMATIC responses

You don't need to write responses to the client by yourself, because the system will automatically send prepared responses to the client via Bitrix24 after creating new meetings.

AUTOMATIc tasks creations

The system also automatically will create a task for the manager for whom the meetings has been reserved.

There are 2 roles in the module. Owner, who has access to edit all calendars. User, who has access to edit only his calendar.


New Functionality - Booking

The function of booking and renting resources and services of so-called Bitrix24 products has been added.
This will be particularly useful for:

  • Rental of real estate, yachts, equipment and cars
  • Home and office cleaning services 
  • Booking appointments with doctors and hairdressers
  • Calendar and Slot Settings

    • Added different booking types: by day and by slots.
    • In the by day mode, you can set the start and end times of the working day.
    • Individual slots can also be set for specific days.
    • In the by slot mode, you can set regular slots for recurring bookings.

    Catalog and product settings

  • Various fields can be selected for the product title to be displayed in the form.
  • The title can be created by combining several fields.
  • Added a field for selecting a gallery of photos for the product.
  • Booking works only with catalogs containing simple products, but not with catalogs containing offers.
  • It is possible to select and configure several catalogs.
  • Booking products by employees from the application

  • Reservations can be linked to tasks and can be viewed in the product section.
  • When the booking option is enabled, a link to the booking calendar for the specific product is displayed.
  • Slots can be deleted if necessary, but they remain marked as deleted in the system.
