INPUT DATA:

Client: Large company providing services for the B2B market.

Task: The specifics of our customer's business involves frequent visits and business meetings to their clients. The main task of the case was to simplify the process of planning such visits using Google Maps integrated into Bitrix24.CRM

Problems our client faced:
1. There is no single convenient display of all clients - only 1 client on the map
2. There is no convenient search and filter of customers and orders located in the same area, region
3. It is impossible to plan and get a route to several clients at once
4. There is no functionality for calculating the trip time to the client
5. A long process of planning a trip from a mobile phone (Check the company's address in CRM, find it in the Navigator, set a task in Bitrix24, etc.)
6. It is difficult to visually assess the coverage of the customer network, the density of distribution of orders

SOLUTION:

Bitrix24 functionality modernization - creation of the "Maps Mobile" application

BITRIX24 CASE STUDY

HOW IT WORKS NOW?

We have implemented all the necessary functionality in the "Maps Mobile" application, combining CRM tools with Google Maps capabilities in a single interface

NEW way OF DISPLAYING OBJECTS

All Contacts and Companies, Deals and Leads with addresses are reflected on the map

FILTER OF OBJECTS BY DIFFERENT CRITERIA

In the application, you can group customers by city, region or country, search for clients by a specific stage of a Deal or Lead (for example, "in progress" or "delivery"), display separately customers, partners, and other groups of Contacts

SIMPLE AND FAST ROUTE BUILDING

In addition to displaying points on the map, you can connect them and build routes, as well as calculate the distance of the entire trip

BUILT INTO CRM entity profiles

You can go to the application immediately from the profile card of any CRM entity - Deal, Company, Contact. If a specific Company is selected, the scale automatically zooms the map to the Company Address point and highlights it in green, and it will automatically be included in the route list.

ALL OBJECTS ON THE MAP

In addition, red markers are visible on the map - these are the addresses of objects that are selected by the filter. For example, it can be all Companies (default), Contacts, Deals or Leads at a certain stage. You can also search for items by belonging to a specific group, for example, retail and wholesale buyers, etc.

Zoom the map to see the entire area of customers and partners.

ROUTE PLANNING

To plan a route for several points, just click on them - they will turn green, which means they will be added to the general route.

By clicking on the list icon, we see a short list of visit points with the order names (Leads or Deals), Contacts, links to their profile cards in CRM. Special arrows on the left help to move points and change the order of visits. The general trip route is also indicated here.

THE ROUTE IS ready! CREATE A task

We click on the "Route" button and get a trip plan on the map with the mileage and travel time. The starting point can be changed at this stage: you can select the company address, your location or enter the address. You can start the journey!

Well, if you need to save the route, then set a task indicating the responsible person, and get a ready-made task with a checklist of all points to visit, links to Companies in CRM and a ready-made route in Google Maps.

An employee does not need to enter the address in a separate navigator application - you can start a trip directly from CRM
