Client: A large company with a dealer network where dealers are the customer's clients.
Client's field of activity: The specifics of our customer's business involves frequent visits and business meetings with its partners (dealers). The main task of the case was to simplify the process of planning such visits using Google Maps integrated into Bitrix24.CRM, as well as visualize all partners on the map for analyzing and monitoring the situation.
Problems our client faced:
1. There is no single convenient display of all clients - only 1 client on the map
2. There is no convenient search bar and filter of clients located in the same district, region
3. It is impossible to plan and get a route to several clients at once
4. No way to see a manager's responsible area on the map - only in the form of a list
5. It is difficult to visually assess the coverage of the dealer network, the distribution density of partners
